The Lighthorne Tridem of 1963
This photograph was printed on the front page of the Leamington Spa Courier with the caption:

'The latest for sociable pedal pushers is the Lighthorne Tri-Bike, a bicycle made for three by the enterprising lads in the picture.  Son of the local blacksmith David Cole (16), Keith Slater (14) and Charlie Adams (15) built it from old solo cycle parts after they got tired of carrying each other around on crossbars!  Mr. Alan Cole, David's father welded the three frames together and in return the lads painted his fence at Dene Hollow (seen in the background)'
